🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive company-wide technology strategy for scalable platform growth
• Own technical strategy across architecture, infrastructure, and delivery
• Guide architectural decisions and remove technical roadblocks
• Build and scale multiple high-performing engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 12-15 years of hands-on software development experience
• 5+ years leading multiple engineering teams
• Strong backend expertise with Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing technical debt
