💼 About This Role
You'll own the execution and improvement of compensation and benefits programs for a fast-growing insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Your work will ensure competitive and compliant reward structures across multiple markets. You'll collaborate closely with People Ops, HRBPs, and Finance to drive scalable rewards frameworks.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys
- Administer employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
📋 Requirements
- Experience in compensation and benefits or related HR roles
- Knowledge of local labor laws and statutory contributions
- Analytical skills with data and benchmark reporting
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and spreadsheets

- Regional or international compensation framework experience
