🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year software roadmap
• Drive architecture selection for robotic systems
• Lead teams developing on-platform and off-platform software
• Partner with external teams on interfacing requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, CS, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience in a leadership position within a high-performing tech org
• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance

• Experience delivering military mission systems
• Proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go
• Experience with cloud technologies and embedded software
