Description

You will lead and grow the Public Safety and Justice sales business across the UK and Western Europe, focusing on expanding footprint within police, emergency communications, fire, and ambulance services. You'll drive sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and establish executive-level relationships with government customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years enterprise or public sector technology sales, including senior leadership
• Proven track record selling to public safety or government customers
• Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams and managing revenue targets
• Deep understanding of UK and Western Europe public sector procurement
• Willingness to travel across UK and Western Europe

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional sales strategy for Public Safety and Justice
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals
• Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and pipeline health
