💼 About This Role

You'll own Covered Entity partnerships across the US and Canadian partner relationships end-to-end, building a cross-geography account management function from scratch. You'll drive consultative growth through data-driven pitches and mission alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own all covered entity partner relationships end-to-end
  • Run structured MBRs/QBRs and build partnership roadmaps
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities through consultative selling
  • Oversee operational processes for invoicing and data reporting

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnership management or strategic account management
  • Track record of managing 10+ high-value relationships independently
  • Experience with mission-driven organizations (non-profits, community health, government)
  • Executive-level communication skills with clinic CEOs and board members

  • Experience in 340B or community health ecosystem
  • Background in healthtech or healthcare partnerships
