💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the founding member of our premium audit team, leveraging third-party vendors to design and implement proprietary audit standards, technology stack, and SOPs. This is a player-coach opportunity to build a department from the ground up. You'll gain deep insights by working alongside vendor workflows before transitioning to in-house operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a network of third-party premium audit vendors
• Learn from vendor workflows to design internal audit standards
• Develop and implement proprietary audit technology and SOPs
• Oversee the entire premium audit lifecycle from MGA/carrier perspective

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years in multi-line insurance premium auditing
• Deep understanding of the audit lifecycle from MGA or carrier perspective
• Proficiency in audit technology
