💼 About This Role

You'll support studio operations by providing world-class customer service and hospitality to clients. You'll assist with daily tasks, including client check-ins, sales, and studio cleanliness, in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and members
• Perform check-ins, sales, scheduling, and account maintenance
• Perform opening, mid-day, and closing duties per guidelines
• Clean and prepare practice space and common areas

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Availability to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, New Years Day
• Minimum 3 shifts/week including weekends
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs and stand for long durations
