You'll support associates through administration of payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. You'll partner with HR, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing, benefit administration, and regulatory compliance. The most rewarding part is positively impacting associate experience and ensuring employees are supported through every stage of employment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Administer and process payroll transactions including wages and deductions.
- Manage employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
- Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting for compliance.
- Respond to associate inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience administering benefits and processing payroll.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-state payroll administration.
- Experience with leave administration including FMLA and STD.
- CPP or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
