Description

You will develop graphic design assets, video content, and motion graphics to strengthen Axogen's visual storytelling and support marketing and communication efforts across digital and traditional channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related software.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphic expertise.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and deliver polished, brand-aligned work.

Responsibilities

• Produce digital and print design assets including social media graphics, email graphics, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Support senior designers by assisting with layout, resizing, formatting, and adapting existing designs.
• Prepare production-ready files with proper specifications for print and digital.
• Source, edit, and organize images, icons, and other design elements.
• Help maintain Axogen's visual identity by following established brand standards and using approved templates.
