You'll lead the design and development of core C++ infrastructure for Aeva's 4D LiDAR products, building reliable and scalable systems. Your work will power the software stack used across multiple engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone exceptional in modern C++ who can own critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core C++ infrastructure for software platforms.
• Own architecture for performance-critical systems.
• Lead development of libraries, runtime components, and APIs.
• Optimize software for latency, throughput, and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in modern C++.
• Strong systems programming background including Linux development.
• Experience building production-quality infrastructure used by multiple teams.
• Ability to reason about latency, throughput, and memory usage.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SDKs, APIs, or middleware.
• Experience with Bazel or similar build systems.
• Experience with CUDA, GPU acceleration, or high-throughput pipelines.
