• Distribute incoming service requests and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate month-end booking process to hit targets
• Address escalations from Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of quote-to-cash workflow experience for services and SaaS
• Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ, and Service Cloud
