You'll lead a team of Support Engineers at Sigma Computing, ensuring excellent customer experiences for the Sigma data platform. Your core impact will be hiring, mentoring, and driving process improvements to optimize support operations. This role offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers.
  • Hire, develop, and train support staff.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Manage support metrics: CSAT, IR, SLA, TTR.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience supporting data platforms in enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a SaaS product.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS.
