💼 About This Role
You'll be the primary steward of service excellence in Los Cabos, acting as the critical link between Aero, our guests, and partners to ensure every premium flight experience feels bespoke. You'll manage airport operations, guest experience, and quality assurance for all scheduled and charter flights. This role offers the chance to shape luxury travel standards in a digital-first startup environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact between Aero and airport partners in Mexico.
- Coordinate catering orders and manage delivery to aircraft.
- Be on-site for all flights at SJD and CSL as guest contact.
- Conduct experience quality audits and fleet walk-throughs.
📋 Requirements
- GSC accreditation must be maintained.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication.
- Access to a vehicle and ability to drive between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Tech savvy with Google Suite, Slack, Leon, Darwin.
