🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Business Unit operations strategy aligning with national objectives
• Oversee daily plant operations including autoclaves and wash systems
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Manage workforce planning, budgets, and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of senior operations management experience
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations
• Proven experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Experience in team development and performance management
