🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture and structure requirements for new roles
• Identify and engage candidates from first contact to offer
• Coordinate interviews and ensure positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers and support hiring decisions

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. business, psychology, HR)
• German fluency (written and spoken)
• First practical experience in recruiting, sales, or communications
