💼 About This Role

You'll lead product development activities including process optimization and scale-up for a premium cannabis edibles company. You'll manage technology transfer and troubleshooting to maintain product quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting formulations and processes.
• Assist in training production teams on new equipment and processes.
• Manage Technical Transfer with cross-functional teams.
• Perform scale-up from benchtop to production for new launches.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in process development, food manufacturing, or operations.
• Direct hands-on experience in operations/production in food or CPG.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and related equipment.
