You will own end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland, coordinate payroll across France, Germany, Singapore, and Australia, and drive process improvements including automation and AI initiatives using Workday and CloudPay. Your work ensures accurate, compliant payroll while contributing to global payroll modernization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Strong expertise in UK and Ireland payroll
• Experience in multi-country payroll environment
• Experience with Workday and CloudPay or similar global payroll provider
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland
• Review and coordinate payroll delivery for France, Germany, Singapore, and Australia
• Partner with CloudPay and in-country vendors for accurate and timely payroll
• Use Workday to manage employee data and payroll inputs
• Identify and drive process improvements including automation and AI tool usage
