You will be the primary point of contact for top-tier IT administrators at Fortune 500 companies, owning and driving escalated support issues while collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong networking background with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS protocols
  • Experience with network security technologies: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, DLP, SSO
  • UNIX/Linux and Windows system administration
  • Expert in troubleshooting with tools like tcpdump and protocols

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive escalated support issues
  • Work on critical incident response tasks
  • Drive weekly technical team calls with other technical leads
  • Collaborate with departments on short and long term projects
  • Mentor frontline support engineers
