You will be the primary point of contact for top-tier IT administrators at Fortune 500 companies, owning and driving escalated support issues while collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve processes and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong networking background with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS protocols
- Experience with network security technologies: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, DLP, SSO
- UNIX/Linux and Windows system administration
- Expert in troubleshooting with tools like tcpdump and protocols
Responsibilities
- Own and drive escalated support issues
- Work on critical incident response tasks
- Drive weekly technical team calls with other technical leads
- Collaborate with departments on short and long term projects
- Mentor frontline support engineers
