Description
You will lead Chime's TV and offline marketing strategy, owning an eight-to-nine figure annual portfolio and translating MMM and incrementality data into budget allocation decisions. You'll manage a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leaders to drive scalable business impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years marketing/media experience with deep TV/Offline strategy expertise
- 4+ years in-house at scaled consumer brand
- Proven success owning multi-million to eight/nine-figure media portfolios
- Hands-on familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing, attribution
- Executive presence; able to translate complex data into decisive narratives for VP/CMO/CFO stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Set long-term vision and roadmap for TV/Offline as growth driver, defining brand vs. performance mix
- Own and optimize eight-to-nine figure annual TV/Offline portfolio, accountable for CAC, LTV, incremental growth
- Build integrated full-funnel media plans connecting upper-funnel brand to mid/lower-funnel performance across TV, audio, direct mail
- Apply MMM outputs and incrementality results to offline planning
- Lead and develop high-performing offline media team; influence senior leadership with data-backed storytelling
