You'll design and implement CTR/CVR prediction models for Unity's ad ranking and recommendation systems. Your work will optimize bidding and budget pacing to maximize advertiser ROI. You'll collaborate across teams to set long-term technical direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CTR/CVR prediction models for ad ranking.
• Build creative understanding and user behavior modeling systems.
• Monitor model performance and address data drift.
• Lead engineering designs and set long-term team direction.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in CS/ML/Statistics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems.
• 3+ years building CTR/CVR or behavior modeling systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, C++ or similar.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing optimization algorithms in ad serving platforms.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and control systems.
