🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales and leadership to deliver financial insights
• Support P&L, budget, and forecast development and analysis
• Perform variance analysis identifying key drivers and trends
• Improve reporting accuracy including commissions and revenue reporting
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting with FP&A focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Ability to translate complex financial data into business insights
