💼 About This Role

You'll own and lead product features end-to-end for a YC-backed AI SaaS platform powering TikTok Shop brands and creators. You'll drive scalable backend systems and responsive UIs while mentoring engineers in AI-native workflows. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on real users from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and lead product features end-to-end: research, design, implement, test, and ship
• Drive engineering architecture and set code quality standards
• Mentor engineers in adopting AI-native workflows and best practices
• Design scalable backend systems and build responsive UIs

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional backend-leaning full-stack experience
• Proficiency with Claude Code and AI-driven development workflows
• Strong systems thinking and architectural awareness in an AI-native environment
• Ability to ship meaningful projects where AI coding tools are primary environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autonomous agents using Claude Agent SDK or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools like Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as a first/early engineering hire
