💼 About This Role

You'll lead the SNF RCM division at Assembly Health, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and operational growth. You'll drive P&L performance and scale the business through data-driven process improvements in a private equity-backed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning with company goals
• Own and deliver on P&L, revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets
• Oversee day-to-day RCM operations for productivity and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing team with operational rigor

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive RCM experience in SNF industry
• 3+ years in senior leadership or GM role
• Proven success owning a $10M+ P&L in PE-backed or growth-stage environment
• Experience designing and implementing scalable operating models
