💼 About This Role

You'll lead security engineering for Contentful's corporate systems, focusing on IAM, data security, and SaaS platforms. You'll balance people management with hands-on technical execution, designing and operating security controls at scale. This role partners closely with product security teams on shared initiatives and drives security awareness and training across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Own execution and prioritization across projects and operations.
• Design and implement security controls and tooling at scale.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive security awareness and training.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience.
• 3+ years managing people and security engineering teams.
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.

• Experience with identity and access management programs.
• Familiarity with attacker techniques in cloud-native environments.
