📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter.
• 2 years focused on mission-critical or data center industries.
• Proven ability to attract top technical and operations talent.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
