🎯 What You'll Do

• Leading end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale brand campaigns.
• Partnering with Brand Leadership to translate vision into production strategies.
• Resourcing projects by assigning producers based on skillset and complexity.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to align creative, marketing and production approaches.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer or Executive Producer within fashion, lifestyle or creative agency environments.
• Strong track record delivering large‑scale productions independently and with external agencies.
• Demonstrated experience managing producers including development plans and performance improvement.
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling and integrated campaign development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expert knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, workflows and vendor management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Monday or LetsFlo.
• A passion for fashion, culture and design.
