Description

As Director of Product Management, you'll define and drive the strategy for Brex's Operating Account platform, combining banking and accounts payable. You'll own the end-to-end product vision, lead a team of PMs, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape Brex's competitive advantage in embedded banking and financial operations.

Requirements

• Experience defining and driving product strategy for banking or financial platforms
• Experience managing and developing Product Managers
• Deep understanding of regulated systems including payment rails, ledger design, and risk controls
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and external partners
• Experience with accounts payable or treasury workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Operating Account strategy with multi-year product vision and roadmap
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities to drive AP attach and deposit growth
• Lead complex, regulated systems across Banking and AP including payment rails and treasury
• Integrate banking and AP capabilities into a unified operating experience
• Build and lead a high-performing Product Management team
