You'll lead and grow the EMEA-based Account Management team at Strava for Business, directly managing Account Managers while maintaining your own portfolio of strategic partners. You'll drive revenue performance with accountability for retention and expansion outcomes. This player-coach role offers a unique blend of leadership and hands-on client work.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and coach a team of EMEA-based Account Managers
  • Own revenue performance across EMEA AM portfolio
  • Manage a portfolio of direct clients and media agencies
  • Partner with Sales, Creative, and Product to deliver for partners

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or related fields
  • Experience managing Account Management or Customer Success teams
  • Strong commercial acumen in advertising or partnerships
  • Fluency in English

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
