💼 About This Role

You'll own product discovery and direction for Roger's AI platform, working closely with clinicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ship solutions that reduce paperwork. You'll directly impact whether a nurse gets home in time for dinner and shape product practices as a founding hire.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Talk to clinicians and agency leaders weekly to understand workflows
• Own product discovery, specs, and success metrics
• Partner with engineering to ship high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in early-stage or high-growth startup
• Technical background to discuss AI/ML systems with engineers
• First principles thinker who breaks problems down to fundamentals
• Strong customer instincts through constant field and data engagement
