Description

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you'll provide one-on-one skilled care to clients in their homes in the Fort Wayne area. This role offers flexible scheduling, 24/7 clinical support, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing with focus and intention.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, individualized nursing care in clients' homes
• Apply clinical judgment in a one-on-one setting
• Document patient care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Collaborate with a 24/7 clinical support team
• Build meaningful relationships with clients of all ages
