💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to drive customer adoption and value realization of IP Fabric's network automation platform. You'll guide technical engagements, manage solution delivery, and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap. This role combines deep networking expertise with customer-facing consulting in a rapidly growing post-Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers through adoption and value realization of IP Fabric.
• Refine post-sales use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct training and provide ongoing client support.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for project scope and deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in post-sales or professional services for enterprise B2B solutions.
• Strong background in network engineering or architecture.
• Experience in project scoping and SOW creation.
• Familiarity with server virtualization technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of NetDevOps workflows including Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Ability to code in Python for custom prototypes.
• Proven success as a technical post-sales engineer/architect.
