You'll own cross-functional problem spaces and drive strategic alignment across product areas at ClickUp. You'll prototype AI workflows yourself and scale impact by building leverage for the entire PM team. This role combines deep strategy with hands-on building in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own cross-functional problem spaces or foundational platform areas.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas and unblock decisions.
• Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, and partner feedback.
• Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself.
• Build AI workflows and frameworks for other PMs to adopt.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in product management with cross-platform ownership.
• Demonstrated cross-functional alignment without authority.
• Systems thinking with second-order effect awareness.
• Ability to hold strategy and execution simultaneously.
• Track record of mentoring other PMs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tooling and prototyping with Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proven executive-level communication skills.
• Familiarity with browser automation tools for QA.
