You'll own and scale internal logistics operations supporting manufacturing of energy storage systems. Your work ensures materials flow seamlessly from receiving to line-side delivery, enabling production throughput. This role offers the chance to build scalable processes from pilot to production-ready operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop materials team across receiving, warehousing, and replenishment
• Design and maintain warehouse layouts and material storage strategies
• Build standardized pick, pack, ship, and replenishment processes
• Own inventory accuracy KPIs and lead cycle count programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 4–6+ years experience in materials or warehouse operations in manufacturing
• Prior team leadership experience in receiving, warehousing, and line-side support
• Experience implementing or improving ERP, WMS, or TMS driven processes
