💼 About This Role

You'll run training sessions and assess competency for virtual assistants at Wing, a company providing remote talent to businesses. You'll ensure new hires are client-ready through tool bootcamps, drills, and quality calibration. This role offers the chance to directly improve training content through a feedback loop with instructional design and QA teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily Google Meet classes for new-hire onboarding.
• Deliver live tool bootcamps for Calendly, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
• Facilitate client-readiness drills for email/chat tone and task intake.
• Translate client SOPs into step-by-step checklists and simulate requests.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in live training, facilitation, L&D, or BPO coaching.
• Experience with assessing trainees and bridging gaps between instructional design and operations.
• Clear, confident communicator with neutral English accent.
• Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific or similar) and Google Workspace.

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Background in virtual assistant training or remote team enablement.
• Familiarity with quality assurance rubrics and feedback documentation.
