🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage engineers building messaging infrastructure and automation workflows.
• Own technical strategy and roadmap for high-volume messaging systems.
• Oversee Flow Builder, campaign delivery engines, and platform services.
• Manage on-call operations, incident response, and postmortems.
• Define platform standards and support models for engineering consumer teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience managing engineers and teams.
• Experience leading teams responsible for large-scale distributed systems.
• Background in platform engineering supporting multiple product teams.
• Experience managing operational excellence including on-call and incident management.
