💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one care for an adult ALS client in Tabernacle, NJ, working with tracheostomy and ventilator management. You'll bring comfort and independence to clients and their families. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care for ALS client
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client condition and document changes
• Coordinate with care team and family members

📋 Requirements

• Valid LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Evening availability for clients in Tabernacle, NJ

• Experience with ALS or neuromuscular disorders
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Bilingual skills
