You will maintain the accuracy of A/R ledgers, process customer invoices, register payments, manage customer data, and support month-end processes. • Excellent spreadsheet skills including pivots and lookups

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of A/R ledgers and reconcile accounts
• Manage customer data, validate new accounts, and maintain audit records
• Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Implement credit control policy and maximize cash collection
• Assist with month-end processes including bank and balance sheet reconciliations
