Description

In this role, you will manage a book of business with $900k–$2M in revenue, oversee renewals for existing accounts, support new business acquisition, and lead strategy for large/complex client accounts. You'll collaborate with underwriters, craft marketing strategies, and maintain deep knowledge of clients' operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in insurance industry, including 2+ years in Account Executive role
• Expertise in construction, real estate, and health services verticals preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal process for existing accounts including policy review, loss analysis, and program design
• Support winning new business and setting up new accounts
• Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations and needs
• Craft marketing strategies and negotiate with underwriters
• Lead role on three or more large/complex client accounts
