💼 About This Role

You'll partner with senior leaders to deliver integrated strategy, financial, and operational solutions across key practice areas. You'll support M&A, due diligence, restructuring, and transformation engagements for middle-market clients. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects and rapid professional growth in a fast-growing consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior team members on complex financial and operational challenges
• Analyze financial statements and build financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.)
• Contribute to restructuring workstreams (DIP sizing, SOALs, KPI tracking)
• Create high-impact deliverables for executives and investors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program
• Located or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, LA, or NYC
• Minimum 1.5 years in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Proven ability to build three-statement financial models
