🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders
• Manage primary caseload for home health patients
• Document patient care in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and caregivers

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio LPN license
• CPR certification
• 2+ years direct patient care in hospice or home care
