💼 About This Role

You'll lead GenerativeAgent implementations for the world's biggest brands, owning the AI agent building process during customer onboarding. You'll partner with junior engineers to deliver results and work closely with strategic customers as their AI advisor. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmap through customer insights in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer implementations with entrepreneurial creativity and urgency
• Craft implementation strategy for complex enterprise environments
• Build and optimize enterprise AI agents with customers
• Guide and mentor L1/L2 Customer Engineers in execution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience (product manager, consultant, founder, engineer, etc.)
• Deep technical skills to understand and shape complex AI agent designs
• Hands on programming skills, preferably in Javascript
• Experience integrating with enterprise APIs (REST APIs + JSON)

✨ Nice to Have

• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or conversational AI technologies
• Experience integrating digital products with Telephony (Genesys, Cisco or AWS Connect)
