💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coordinate start-up and commissioning activities for electrical equipment across multiple customer sites, ensuring on-time completion. As a working-lead, you'll supervise and mentor a team of 8 technicians while resolving technical issues in the field. This role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity with diverse site engagements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment at customer sites
• Supervise and mentor field service technicians daily
• Provide advanced troubleshooting guidance to technicians and engineers
• Coordinate with project managers to close out punch list items and paperwork

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in power distribution systems
• 2+ years of field service experience in start-up/commissioning
• LOTO (lock-out/tag-out) procedures knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Experience with switchgear and electrical control systems
• Familiarity with communication protocols and networking
• Prior supervisory or lead-level experience
