Description

You will manage a partner ecosystem in Greater China, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and aligning with global go-to-market strategies. You'll build partner relationships, enable partners, track pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Minitab's footprint.

Requirements

  • 5+ years indirect/channel business development in enterprise software with $1M+ partner revenue targets
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue and pipeline goals
  • Experience with multi-channel sales models
  • Channel and partner experience in Greater China
  • Industry knowledge in BI, Statistical Analytics, or Manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with regional partners including strategic consultants, VARs, distributors, and resellers
  • Drive partner enablement and develop joint business development plans with measurable goals
  • Support partners in identifying and closing renewal and new sales opportunities
  • Maintain partner profiles and sales activities in CRM; prepare quarterly business reviews
  • Foster mutual value through business cases, co-marketing, and communication
