💼 About This Role

You'll provide basic nursing care across multiple Bethesda locations, assessing residents and communicating changes to the care team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in resident assessments and document changes
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments
• Participate in care planning and update care plans
• Monitor residents for behavioral changes and crisis manage

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in Missouri and Illinois
• Current CPR/AED certification (or obtain within 6 months)
• IV certification required
• 2 years experience; long-term care and rehab experience required
