💼 About This Role

You'll drive oncology diagnostics sales for Natera in the ME/NH territory. You'll develop key relationships with cancer centers and exceed sales goals through strategic territory planning. This role stands out with uncapped commissions and a focus on cutting-edge cell-free DNA testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Acquire new accounts and grow existing customer base
• Educate physicians and account on Natera products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
• Knowledge of molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine
• Ability to travel 50-75% within territory

• Experience with KOL relationship development
• Knowledge of local oncology market and reimbursement landscape
