  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Resolve issues with focus on retention and positive relationships.
  • Keep customer wait times minimal and meet team targets.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriately.

📋 Requirements

  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Proficient with G-Suite and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Available to work weekends and rotating shifts.
