You'll serve as the primary on-site IT support for a manufacturing plant, ensuring uptime across systems that directly support production and logistics. You'll provide hands-on technical support and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves coordinating with corporate IT and supporting system rollouts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT support tickets for plant users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues
• Support shop-floor systems, RF scanners, and barcode devices
• Assist with basic SAP transactions and escalate complex issues

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Experience supporting Windows environments and hardware
• Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, device setup)
• Familiarity with IT service management tools (ticketing systems)

• Manufacturing or industrial IT environment experience
• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems
