💼 About This Role

You'll support the Program Director and supervise counseling staff at a prison re-entry program within Amity Foundation's therapeutic community. You'll oversee daily program operations and coordinate training to help participants achieve AOD certification. This role offers a chance to work in a restorative justice setting with a mission-driven nonprofit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily program activities in the Program Director's absence
• Provide supervision, training, and support to Supervising Counselors
• Coordinate with Supervising Counselors to develop monthly progress reports
• Collaborate with CDCR and other contracted staff on program operations

📋 Requirements

• Certified as an AOD Counselor by DHCS-approved organization
• 3 years experience as a certified AOD Counselor
• Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP
• Operational knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Access
