Description

You will lead maintenance planning for automated equipment at Coupang Logistics Services, ensuring operational stability and performance optimization. You will manage the automation maintenance team, develop maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement through KPI management.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance planning for automated equipment in logistics or manufacturing
• Ability to develop SOPs and maintenance manuals
• Strong people management and resource allocation skills
• Proficiency in KPI setting and performance analysis
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and failure analysis methodologies

Responsibilities

• Establish maintenance organization and manpower operation strategies for automated equipment
• Operate patrol maintenance and emergency response processes
• Optimize field workforce efficiency and resource allocation
• Manage key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF) and perform performance analysis/reporting
• Manage preventive maintenance compliance and conduct failure analysis to prevent recurrence
