You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Navan's key clients, ensuring their success and driving value. You'll lead client migrations from legacy technology to the Navan platform, overseeing seamless transitions. This role offers high impact with executive-level engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex client migrations from legacy RM technology to the Navan platform
• Cultivate C-suite and executive stakeholder relationships as trusted advisor
• Conduct health checks, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Strategic Business Reviews
• Act as Voice of Customer for Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Customer Success Management or Account Management
• Experience in Corporate Travel Management with enterprise clients
• Experience serving Law firms or professional service industries
• Exceptional project management and strategic problem-solving skills
